Dr. Margit Sheinmel, DO
Dr. Sheinmel graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. She completed her Family Medicine Residency in July 2007. Subsequently she was employed in a Community Health Center as a National Health Service Corp recipient. She recently joined our medical team at SVT Health Center to provide Primary and Preventive health care to our clients.

Melissa Bunker, ANP
Melissa studied nursing at Baylor University in Texas. She graduated in 1998 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and in 2002 with her Master's. Prior to acquiring her Nurse Practitioner designation, Melissa worked as an obstetrics nurse in Dallas. For the past eight years, she has practiced family medicine in both an outpatient clinic and an urgent care/emergency room setting.

Dr. Bill Richardson, DMD
With more than six years experience in dentistry, William Richardson, DMD, joined SVTHC as the Dentist and Dental Director. He graduated in May, 2003 from the University of Florida School of Dentistry. Prior to moving to Homer, he worked in bush Alaska for five years. During this time he provided comprehensive dental care to patients in the rural community of Dillingham and remote Native villages located in over 40,000 sq miles of wilderness. Dr. Richardson has been recognized for excellence in prosthodontics.

Donna Fenske, NP
Donna Fenske has been with SVT Health Center since March 2007. Donna has been Public Health Nurse for twenty-five years living in Homer since 1978. She graduated from University of Alaska Anchorage with her Masters of Science and Nurse Practitioner in 2006. Donna provides care to patients at the SVT Health Center - Seldovia.

Sue Christiansen, PA
Sue is a physician's assistant and has been living in the State of Alaska for the past 29 years. She practices at our Seldovia clinic.
