The SVT Health Center provides primary and preventative health care for women and men. Our services also include:

• Pharmacy services

• Wellness and preventive health programs

• Basic Dental Services

• Preventive dental hygiene treatment

• We also participate in community and school health fairs providing Blood Pressure checks and dental disease prevention education

• Diabetic Management

We offer full service for our diabetic patients. We provide education, referrals, and case management to help keep your diabetes under control. Diabetic patients are given priority for dental services.

• Denali Kid Care Program

SVT Health Center helps families’ complete application, renewals and assists with required travel for this program. SVT patients receive a $25.00 reimbursement for approved applications.

• Case Management

Provider case management for patients with chronic disease. We participate in the Pharmacy Assistance program to reduce your cost for medications. We work with pharmaceutical companies to help you qualify for reduced cost on medications.

• Participate in the Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection program - This program is designed to reduce barriers to cancer screening for low-income women. Services provided at minimal or no cost includes: annual breast and cervical exams, referral if needed for Colposcopy, screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast fine needle aspirations, ultrasounds and surgeon consults.
