Uninsured?

Our on-site Care and Outreach Coordinators will help you determine your eligibility for various programs offered by the State of Alaska and the Federal Government. If you do not qualify, we offer discounts sponsored by the Health Resources & Services Administration. Discounts for service are based on family size and income. Base rates are calculated using national poverty levels as adjusted for Alaska and extend up to 200%.

Please bring proof of income to your first appointment and our staff will help you determine your eligibility. SVT Health Center does not refuse medical services to anyone based on ability to pay. To continue to qualify for discounts SVT Health Center requires income verification once per year. If your income status changes during the year you may update your file by bringing in updated information. This could be a pay stub, bank statement, unemployment check stub.

SVT Beneficiaries

SVT Health Center requires income verification once per year. This could be a pay stub, a tax return, a bank statement or a benefits statement, anything that can prove your annual income. This allows SVT to recover a percentage of federal government funds so that we can continue to offer high quality health coverage to our beneficiaries.
