SVT Health Center offers health care at a reduced cost to all patients who qualify based on income and family size. Our program is open to both Alaska Native and non-Native people.

Discounts services are offered through a federal grant program sponsored by the Health Resources and Services Administration. Discounts for services are based on family size and income. Base rates are calculated using national poverty levels as adjusted for Alaska and extended up to 200%. Proof of income is required. This may be in the form of tax documents, pay stubs, or bank statements. Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance accepted.

9am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

9am-7pm Wednesdays

Dental Services:

9am-5pm by appointment Monday-Friday
